what are admin capabilities in WinXP Pro?

I am part of a WinXP Pro network of 6 comps- my
connection goes into my own router and is split into a
sub-network of 2 comps. All are visible to the WinXP Pro
admin. The internet IP number is delegated by the Admin
as well.
My question:
Can the WinXP admin see everything that I do on the
internet with respect to surfing and downloads, and does
he have the capability to keep a record of such? Are
Windows Media Format streaming movies that I download
also visible to him?

If he wants to, is technically cluey, and has the time. He can watch every
bit and byte that goes over a network. Making sense of all these bits and
bytes is not easy.
