I've updated about twenty computer to SP2 without issues or problems.

Well, unless you are updating these computers manually (one at a time) -
nothing I know of. That is the way it should work. If you are updating
them one at a time and these computers are ones you adminster on a daily
basis, you should look into SUS and other remote tools.
