Happened here on 7/11, just _before_ the monthly update icon popped in
the SYSTRAY and then has attempted connection at POWERON on 7/12 and
7/13 as well as upon a restart.
Did not happen on 7/10 when my laptop got the update icon. Did happen
on 7/12 upon startup of the laptop.
