WET for xp to xp

Glad microsoft finally put out a tool that can also migrate programs along
with documents and settings, but my company cannot migrate to vista anytime
soon, maybe not until mid 2009. Until then, I have to rollout 200 new
computers over the next 18 months, we are a small shop of 3 that does not
have money available for SCCM 2007, this tool would have been great to get
users on new hardware with little pain. Is there a way or version of WET set
for xp to xp? Reinstalling programs and digging up the serial numbers is time
consuming. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe look into xp XCOPY,it will copy entire hd from one drive to another
on same pc thru IDE cables,the cmd in run is:XCOPY C:\*.* D:\ /c/h/e/k/r
D: being the new hd.To copy to another pc or such might be possible,in cmd
type:XCOPY /? for all cmds,or try search at:http://www.microsoft.com/technet
