I try to create new user accounts but when i logoff my account and try to
sign into the new one it trlls me that the user account profile cannot be
found and that the defauld profile will be loaded. so there is the first
problem... now the nextone is when the user account loads it will not let me
change any settings. ie- background etc. can someone please help me... my
e-mail is (e-mail address removed)

First - Are you connecting to a domain?
If not, try deleting that account and creating a new one.
If you are connecting to a domain, your administrator could have it set for
every new account to load with the default account settings.
