Welcome screen

I am looking to dissable the welcome screen and load the desktop when
windows xp sp2 starts.
The help on the net tells me to adjust the local security pollicy in
administrative tools.
It does not show in the window when I open Administrative tools.
All I have got is:
Component Services
Computer Management
Data Sources (ODBC)
Event Viewer
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Configuration
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Wizards
Performance
and Services

I would like to keep the xp log off buttons

If you want to Autologon onto Windows:

Download TweakUI from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx and
when installed go to Programs>Powertoys for Windows XP>Tweak UI - then go to
Logon>Autologon
