Welcome Screen

At start-up, Windows goes to generic Welcome Screen where you have to type
the user name & password.

In control panel on user setup screen, I have tried to change the Welcome
creddn back to it original screen with Icons for the users. I have gotten a
message " A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome Screen & Fast
User Switching". To restore these features, you must uninstall the program.
The following file might help you identify the program that made the change:
GTGina.dll.

I know that the "GTGina.dll" file in system32 sub-directory, but how do I
read it ?

The only programs I have loaded onto the system are Quickbooks Pro, McAfee
AntiVirus/AntiSpam/Firewall/Privacy (Security Center), Winzip10 & Prevx1 (a
Malware removal tool to prevent attacks from Web). All these have been
loaded onto every other computer in system & never encountered this problem.

Try changing it by clicking Start > Control Panel > User Accounts. Click
Change the way users log on and off, then ensure that the option Use the
Welcome Screen is checked. That should change your log on screen back.
You cannot read a dll (Dynamic Link Library) file. The GTGina.dll file
according
to a Google search pertains to a wireless adapter.
