Unable to open user account screen

Please help. I am unable to assess the user account welcom screen or fast
switching function. I get a message that says both the welcome screen and
fast switching have been deactivated by recent download and can be found in
GTGina.dll. I cannot delete this GTGina.dll nor do I know were it came from.

Reboot and press F8 a few times and see if the Safe Mode Options pag
appears.
Select "Safe Mode" and see if you can get into your Account or th
Admin Account.

If you manage to get into XP this way
Click Start/Run and type
REGEDIT
OK

Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersio
\ Winlogon
Backup this key in the left pane by exporting to a file. (Right clic
it)
Then in the right pane, right-click GinaDLL, and then click Delete
(You need to remove the whole value, not just its Value Data)
Close Registry Editor
