Welcome screen XP

I share my computer with other members of the family. In the beginning, when
I booted my computer (IBM Netvista), I used to get the welcome screen with
possibility for every user to log on to his or her account. Something has
changed. When I now boot, it will go straight to my account. I'm logged in as
administrator, even if I give all users their own password.
I would like to change this. Is it possible? What went wrong and how can
this be corrected?

When you say "I'm logged in as administrator" do you mean
you're logged in with the built-in Adminstrator account? If
that's what you're doing then this procedure will hide your
account. If you have an account that is a Computer
Administrator then this procedure should accomplish your goal:

Go to Start -> Run and copy and paste the following into the
Open box:

control userpasswords2

Put a check mark in the box next to "Users must enter a user
name and password to use this computer".
Click OK.
Reboot the computer.
The Welcome screen should now be displayed.
