Welcome Screen problems

By default, the Administrator password does not appear in
the Welcome Screen. For convenience, I've created a new
administrator account that will show up. But now one of
my computers has done something wierd- the new
administrator account doesn't show up, but the original
(built in account) account does. I've tried searching
the MS knowlegebase, but I haven't had any luck. What
exactly determines if an account is displayed, and how do
you change it? I would prefer to only have one
administrator account, but I would really like it to
display on the Welcome Screen.
