Welcome Screen & Fast User Switching

When I installed Microsoft Windows XP Professional on my
computer, I saw the Welcome Screen for about a month. I
wanted to get that screen back to make it easier to log
on, but when I tried to enable it through USER EDITOR, it
said ' Client Services for NetWare has disabled this
feature. To enable it, you must uninstall Client Services
for Netware. '. I searched the hard drive and all related
drives that it could be located in, but every search came
up as No matches found. Where can I find this and
uninstall it so I can re-obtain the Welcome Screen & Fast
user switching???
