Welcome screen does not appear

For some reason my Welcome Screen does not appear anymore. I have the dialog
box now where I have to manually type in user names and passwords. I'm using
Windows XP Home Edition.

How can I restore my Welcome screen. I've checked the User Account settings
and they are ok, the show welcome screen box is ticked but it still doesnt
show when i startup my PC.

Can anyone help my restore my Welcome Screen?
