Welcome Screen - can't enter password

Computer starts up fine and it allows me to enter my password on the Welcome
screen. I work for a bit and then log off, which takes me back to the
Welcome screen. If the computer sits for a short while and someone tries
getting back on, the Welcome screen shows, but when you highlight the user
name there is no cursor to enter the password. The only way to get the
cursor is to completely shut the computer down manually and reboot it.
Anyone had this problem??

Yes and I have been waiting for more information. Call support - it is from
an upgrade so it is free.

In the mean time, press CTRL + ALT + DEL (twice) and that will bring up a
different login screen and you can type in there.

Additionally - I have been having some communication with another person
about this and they've discovered that, with their system, they can just
wait a moment (don't click the icons as soon as they appear) and login that
way, it works normally for them then.
