welcome incoming email addresses automatically going into "blocked sender" list

Suddenly two welcome incoming email addresses are
appearing in the "blocked senders" list. When we
intentionally block messages, we always click on "mail"
and "news", blocking both methods. There are now about 30
addresses that only the "mail" boxed is checked so these
are being created automatically somehow. Among them are
the welcome addresses that we do not want blocked. The
only message rules we have created look for certain
profane words or financial offers and the only action we
have picked is "do not download from the server"
Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?
Thanks,
Vince

Assuming Outlook Express, your current Identity may be damaged, especially
if its the default Main Identity. Try one or more of your accounts in a new
Named Identity (File>Identities>Add new identity). Assuming all is well,
import messages from the old Identity before deleting it
(File>Identities>Manage Identities).
