Weird Taskbar problem

Can someone reproduce this problem for me? I'm running XP Home on a
machine with multiple users, me and my wife. I've discovered recently
that if we're both logged in at the same time, switching back and forth
between accounts allows windows to open behind the Taskbar when
maximized. I do have "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" checked
, as well as "Lock the taskbar". I am NOT using auto hide. Here's the
weird thing though - it only happens at 1280x960 resolution! I have
reproduced this on another machine I have, again only at that
resolution. Can someone confirm this problem and perhaps offer a fix?

I did not find a fix yet (been having the problem for a long time). Only
quick 'fix' I got is unlock and than lock the taskbar each time it happens
(far from perfect).
