Weird settings - have I broken the laptop?

I've somehow messed up my flatmate's computer. Colours
are all weird, everything is huge. Can't work out how to
fix. Can anyone help?
 
Right click on the desktop and choose properties. Check the Appearance and
Settings tabs.
