weird pc problem??

Hi,
I have a user that has some weird pc problems. Every
morning when she boots up her pc whenever she types
something in word or any other document, it goes to all
caps or italics and sometimes underline her words.

I ran a scan disk, virus scan, ad-aware 6.0 on her pc. She
has win 2000. Any suggestions?

Try the obvious first. Replace the keyboard and see if she
still has the problem.

Sorry I forgot to mention this the first time, but I also
replaced the keyboard. Thanks for replying.

Next step would be to reinstall the keyboard driver, or look
for an updated driver from the manufacturer.
