weird IE link error

Hi All,

We have certain banners running on websites that link to our website.
If you click on the banner the first time, it takes you the website.
You click again, it doesent do anything. After a few tests, we found
out that its happening only on IE. We have another website. The sister
website opens up without much of a problem. That too multiple times.

I even tried google, yahoo. Searched for my website, and clicled on the
link. The first time there is no problem. The second time, it dosent
load the website. BUt it loads the sister site easily.

To test this please click on the following links first using IE and
then use other browsers. Even in IE sometimes it does work.

(The websites are a bit heavy)

Open the url multiple times.

1. <a href="http://www.thetruth.com">http://www.thetruth.com/</a>

The above site dosent load correctly the second time on.

2. <a href="http://www.whudafxup.com/">http://www.whudafxup.com/</a>
The above link seems to working, even multiple times.

The architecture for both 1 & 2 are the same. The only difference being
that there is an atlas tag code on the first one

Any leads or suggestions will be welcome

Another interesting behaviour is, when I type in the url, it works
every time.

But when you try to go the website through a link, it dosent do more
than once.

Currently testing on IE 6, XP, SP2

it looks like the * Slash /* making the diference here.
