Weird Contact Icon

We imported a bunch of contact into Outlook 2003, and noticed that the symbol
on the left-most column on the contacts page is not the usual silvery-colored
rectangle. Instead it looks like a tiny yellow sheet of paper with a pin
stuck in it.

Does anyone know what the difference is here? I noticed it appears when we
create a new contact as well. How do we revert back to the original icon?

Thanks

ok cool. especially because the contacts were imported as a custom form.
thanks Diane
