sounds like firewall settings.
Does youe workstations have problems connecting to your
server ? If no - Check what filters you have enabled on
your firewall for the ip address of your server.

I sorry, I did remove all filters from the firewall for
this server but no luck. I also put the servers address
on another machine and it worked fine.
