I'm working on some Dell Optiplex 745 machines with Intel Duo Core
Processor's that have a dual boot Windows 2000 which logs into major car
network and the other side is using Windows XP which is a local account which
goes to public internet.

I recently ran a manual checkdisk on about 5 machines on the XP and now for
some reason they can't seem to stop running checkdisk every time they are
rebooted. Is there any way to fix this?

Once you do, I'd suggest that you don't meddle with them again

Go to Kelly's site at http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_abc.htm. Click on
"C" and scroll to "Check Disk - Disk Checking Runs Upon Boot" for some
suggestions.
