websites won't download (msn,ebay)

Hi:

I can't seem to bring up my msn home page or when I go to
ebay, I can bring up the site but when I try to bring up a
specific auction I get an error message.
It seems like im not the only one having this problem.
If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
