Website variations

I built a site with the webpages being built individually and then brought in
to FP. The problem is that although all the pages look like a template each
one is slightly different. My headings and menu items are slightly off so
when you go from page to page you can see the changes, is there any way to
make the menu and logo bar the same on each page?
 
Use a FP Include Page to add headers, footers and sidebar navigation with you page layout structured
using tables. If using FP2003, consider using a Dynamic Web Template.
