Website Text Differences on Internet Browers

I created a website using FP 2003, but I just found out that depending upon
the text size the user has set on their internet brower, the website looks
wierd. Looks
fine if the text size is Medium, but if they have it as Larger or Largest,
everything is jumbled.

Can I fix or set that in the website itself asa default or something... so
it doesn't change based upon the user settings? Is there a way to plan on
these differences when creating a website?

www.HomelandSelfStorage.HSSManagement.com

At first glance, I would remove the height attribute from the tables and
cells - it's not valid HTML.
