website problems

after i installed the antispyware, i cant logon to ebay,
my banks website or the blockbuster website to order
dvds. the page comes up and says it cannot be displayed.
is this the antispyware or my browser setting? i need
help!

Too access deep scan, on the scan page choose Scan Options > Full System
