Help !!! I installed Microsoft Antispyware about a week
ago. Ever since, I have been unable to access or connect
to MSN hotmail or MSN explorer (have since read about
problems with hotmail accounts and know that passwords
etc. need to be reset. My main problem now is that I
can't access any secure websites, eg. internet banking,
internet accounts with my ISP. So when I try to access
page to reset password, I come up with "cannot find
server" , check settings etc. I have checked this out
with my ISP . They got me to restore to default settings,
still no luck with any secure websites.
I am a complete novice with the computer. I tried
disabling internet agents and had no luck. I have never
had any probs accessing these sites before. Does anyone
have any suggestions ? I am at my wits end . PLease help.
