my website has been done in frontpage 2000, everything works fine in preview,
but when published to the web it only shows first page and has lost
everything including banners, buttons, can not go between pages

I was looking at the code from the link that you supplied and as far as the
banner goes there is no code that tells where or what the name of the banner
is that you want displayed. Below is the code from your page for the banner.
<!--mstheme--></font></td><td valign="top"
width="24"></td><!--msnavigation--><td valign="top"><!--mstheme--><font
face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica"><p><!--webbot bot="Navigation"
S-Type="banner" S-Rendering S-Orientation

After the last word in that code of Orentation it should look something like
this:
="horizontal" S-Rendering="graphics" startspan --><img
src="_derived/index.htm_cmp_teelcountry-2010_bnr.gif" width="600"
height="60" border="0" alt="Teel Country Digital Images"><!--webbot
bot="Navigation" i-checksum="26583" endspan --></td>

This is from my web page and I'm specifically referring to the <image scr=
tag where it tells where the graphic is located for the banner for that
page. You said that it looks fine in preview but not when it's published on
the web server so that leads me to believe that the changes are not being
saved locally first and then are not being published or if the changes are
being saved they are not all being published. If everything is the way you
want it on your local copy and you don't have a big site to publish I would
suggest setting FP to publish the whole site again or at least everything
but the pictures since they are usually the larger files.

Kia Ora Jeff,

Have just had another look, have saved everything several times and
republished several times, can not link between pages as all buttons seem to
have disappeared as well, my only other thoughts are to probably to re do the
whole site and republish to see what happens

Your problem is your host requires index.html as a home page file name and you are using index.htm
See http://www.kashamer.co.nz/index.htm and then http://www.kashamer.co.nz/index.html
(which is what you get when you enter just (http://www.kashamer.co.nz/)

Rename your home page file name to index.html (ignore the warning you get)
Run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks and then re-publish
