webshots and desktop setings

I installed webshots on my computer running home edition. everytime I set
the desktop stretch photo it keeps setting it back to center. is there any
way to set this setting to stay where it will stretch the photo. is it a
registry setting or what

I have pictures that I use for my background on my desktop. when the desktop
is exposed the picture is in the center. there is an option to stretch the
picture to full screen in the desktop options. I set this option to stretch
to full screen. when I minimize all programs and expose the desktop the
picture is centered and not stretched to full screen. I have to go back to
desktop options and set the desktop to stretch the picture to full screen.
on my other computers I don't have this problem. for some reason this
computer will not save the desktop setting. I was wondering if there is a
registry setting that I might be able to set and resolve this problem. I
hope I've been a little clearer this time

open webshot click optins then screen saver select enlarge pictuer to best fit screen
