Webpages Not Opening Full Screen

When I click on webpage, it comes up as small window in corner of screen.
What can I do to make it open up full screen. Really need your help.

you mean that you can't resize the window beacause it's too small, or that
whenever you open the browser the page always loads in a small window?

try this:
Right-click on the shortcut that you use for IE (on the startbar) and choose
properties in the context menu. In the drop-down menu for "Run" select
"Maximized". (Secondary IE windows will not inherit this setting).

If you can click the lower-right corner and drag the window larger, it
should remember that size. But it doesn't always take on the first try.
Maybe a resize followed by pressing the Ctrl or Shift key as you close
the window..

If the window won't resize, have the one window only opened, right-click
the Taskbar, click "Cascade windows". You should be able to see enough
of the window then, that you can resize it to your liking.
