website not opening full screen

Hi iam having a problem when i got to a site on internet its opens but not full screem it open part of screen and is very small. My internet server webpage is fine but when i go to another site it is small and does not fit the window any help would be appreciated. ty bob

Kill all instances of IE until one is left, hold the cursor over the
borders and grab them until they feel the screen. Then close the
window by going to the cross at the top right and pressing the Ctrl
key while you do this.

Drag it until it is full size. File/close then the next time you open a web
site, it should be full screen.
