Webpage you requested is not available......

Hi everyone,

I am using windows xp with sp2. I am also using IE7 beta2 browser for last
two months.
But today I am getting this message in a window again and again:

Web page you requested is not available offline.
To view this page click Connect. another tab there is, Stay Offline.

This happen when I am not connected to Internet and doing othr job.

I am fade up with this message. please help to clear this problem.

I dont know which web page. actually when I am on net it browse all this
thing fine.
but after disconnecting the webconnection and closing the browser, while
doing
other jobs on computer, I get this message window again and again
 
Just now I open web browser, I got this kind of new message now..

CSRSS.Exe

CSSRSS.Exe has enountered a problem and needs to close, we
are sorry for inconvinience.
