Webpage Not Updating

my homepage and other webpages and websites do not update, when i go back to
them. The contents remain the same, until i press the 'refresh' button on
the IE, the page then updates and i can see the website's uptodate
information.

What can be the problem and how can i solve, it so that these pages update
as and when it should, like it use to before.

First thing to do would be to check your cache settings in IE -
Tools...Internet Options...General tab..Settings.
Make sure the "Check for newer versions...." is not set to Never. I
wouldn't recommend Automatically either, as that feature can be dodgy at
times.

If no joy, go back to the General tab and click Delete Files, and check the
box for offline content, click Okay.

Tools | Internet Options
Click the
Settings button for Temporary Internet files
Select Every visit
