If you are just starting out try one of the rebuilt web templates
File New Web and select the Personal Web (or Corporate) and follow the Wizard to get an understanding of a typical web layout
Laying out a web (with any tool) requires some understanding of what does and does not work in all browsers - obtained often only
with experience and an understanding of Html and CSS
- Often many of the "features" available should not be used until you have mastered the basics
