webpage is asking for Java script required to sign in??

I already installed the lastest version of Java and its not working. I've
applied the same process with other computer in this company and never had an
issue. Why and what do you suppose the issue with this computer is?? Please
advise.

JavaScript and Java are not related.

Make sure JavaScripts (Active Scripting) is enabled in the browser.

What do I download and how do I make sure its set at Active Scripting??
