Hi,
This error is generated if the script cannot connect to the database, and
is therefore dependant on the status of the server, which is usually
independent of your machine. If the remote database is down, there is little
you can do besides emailing the webmaster explaining the error.
This may be due to server-side maintenance, a technical error, or the
result of touching the database (MySQL database's are easy to accidentally
break. . . )
