Webpage does not load correctly

when accessing certain webpages, i get the CODING for the webpage instead of
the webpage itself. one webpage that i got that error is
http://www.freewebs.com/taoestclan/

i get

any ideas to solve this? this error only occurs on few webpages and is
irritating. Help is appreciated...

I'm not sure what the extra blank line is for but it might cause a problem for a strict
interpretation of the <!DOCTYPE... header. E.g. if MIME sniffing is active.
Try disabling MIME sniffing and see if the Content-Type: header is sufficient
to let the text be interpreted as HTML. Security option (Miscellaneous section):
Open files based on content, not file extension

FWIW I don't have any trouble with the page. However, I may have simulated the sort
of thing you might be seeing using (in a cmd window):

telnet -f telnet.html www.freewebs.com 80

Before entering that I had copied your URL to clipboard (e.g. right-click, Copy Shortcut)
and then when the screen cleared I typed GET (GET plus a space), pasted the URL
after it (e.g pressed Alt-Space,E,P) and then pressed Enter.

I edited the resulting telnet.html capture file to remove the top line (i.e. the GET request).
When I then displayed it with IE I saw some unrendered HTML "source".
The problem apparently is that telnet has some line length limitation to its captured lines.
Therefore, if I wanted the file to display properly I would have to go through it and concatenate
all the elements which had been broken by extraneous line ends.

You could be having related problems (in this case caused by packet truncation)
if you have an MTU size problem. Try using the diagnosis suggested by this article
for that possibility:

sry...but that did not solve the problem.however, i found out that if i
copied the url to microsoft frontpage and preview the page, the page loads
correctly.
