webmaster spy sweep

Spymaster sweep will not run. Set to sweep weekly, I get msg "last sweep
more than 21 days ago. Small icon on bottom of screen pops up to say "last
sweep more than 21 days ago" Clicking on "Full Sweep" doesn't start process.
No help for this mentioned at the spysweep site. I think this is the cause
of my getting msg at startup "Could not locate a valid definitions file...."
Subscription runs thru February 08.
 
Don't know or use the program.

Check at manufacturer's website to see if it is compatible with vista
If not, install it in XP SP2 compatibility mode.

Better still, uninstall it; and install "Spybot Search & Destroy"
