webmail outlook problem

E

ELPH

A couple weeks ago after mistakenly downloading an adware called Microsoft
2008 ?? my outlook web access image changed completely wiping out the way it
looked before. I removed it but Outlook webaccess changed its look. For
example I used to be able to move email from the list to the folders with the
mouse. Now I cannot do that as easily. Some folders disappeared. It just
looks like a different email system. ON my other computer it did not change.
So something happened to my computer. I went from exporer 8 to 7 hoping that
would fix it but it did not. Now they are telling me to a recovery...

Any help?
Thanks

Which version of Exchange do you use and are you using the 'premium' version
of OWA or the 'lite' version? The 'lite' version is used in Firefox and
other browsers - it offers fewer features. The logon window will tell you
which version.

Do you have System restore points going back before you installed whatever
caused the problems?
