How do I transfer/import my contact list that I set up in Webmail to
Microsoft outlook, which I just started using. I do have all my folders, but
for some reason when I try to send a new email or reply I have been getting
"cant contact Ldap directory server (81)".

This would depend on whose webmail service it is.

You may have to export the list from webmail to a local file (in a format
Outlook can deal with), then import that to Outlook. But without knowing
what the service actually is, there's no way to know what the available
functions are.
