Webform Email issue

S

Steve Grosz

I would like to be able to email my form results to a
domain other than one that I am hosting on my server. In
IIS I have the email address that the email is coming
from (its just a fake account, doesn't exist on my email
server) and my email server doesn't relay.

How can I change it so I can email the form directly from
the web to something like AOL for example rather than
having it go to my email server and then forward it on to
the destination email account?

Thanks,
Steve

Not possible. However if your host provide you with a access to a mail
server, for your domain, then set up a mailbox that autofowards to the email
address you want or just set you email application check the mail server at
your domain.

You will have to allow relaying for that specific website. Be careful -
allowing relaying may open a large can of worms
