Webcam

I have a webcam made by Micro Innovation that I would
like to use with my computer. The software stated that
it was XP compatible. However, in the process of loading
the software, a window opened stating that the software
did not pass XP Logo Testing. Besides returning the
product, what other options do I have?

Hi,

Your other option is to go ahead and install it anyways. The warning simply
means that the software was not run through MS's certification tests, though
the manufacturer probably has their own. It does not mean it won't run in
WinXP. The distributor may actually have this in the manual (about
proceeding when the warning appears).
