Webcam

I have a problem with my built in webcam and camera..I click on the icon on
top of the screen of my pc, but nothing seems to happen and then when I click
on the camera icon, an error message pops up saying please turn on
camera...where can I go to turn it on???

Did Windows Vista originally come with this computer? Laptop?
Check the software that came with the manufacturer, that is not
windows.
Reinstall the camera drivers and software.
Check your manual for your computer and/or contact the manufacturer
for support if you still can not get the camera to work.
