hi everyone

when i accept an invitation to view webcam on MSN messenger it say connected
, and then it says loading and this goes on forever without me being able to
see the video. Why is this?

Secondly the audio quality that comes from my speakers is very muffled and
annoying - any suggestions ?

First of all, there are separate newsgroups for Messenger:

microsoft.public.msn.messenger
microsoft.public.windows.live.messenger

This problem is usually caused by low connection speed, either on your or
your buddy's connection.

Experiment with your sound settings, both volume and equalizer settings.
This can be done either in Control Panel > Hardware and Sound, or in third
party sound driver/software settings.
