Webcam software

hi im looking for a webcam software that will let me do a conversation over
LAN (audio/visual)
netmeeting doesn't seem to work with my webcam (XP netmeeting)

MSN needs internet

anyone has any suggestions??

we wanted to do a live demo in class to show the uses of videoconferencing

I just read/seen an article on this. You use your computer to carry on
long distance phone calls for free. There's 2 companies competing right
now. SOMETHING LIKE 50,000 subscribers and climbing very fast. It's
driving the long distance carries crazy. Do a google.
