live webcam

im having problems viewing live webcam on a website.
when i connect, im getting a scrambled picture, then
after a few seconds, internet explorer closes with a
problem, does anyone know if its an active x problem, or
any other reason. Thanx in advance, Mav

some are ActiveX
some are Java

A few days ago did a IE tools/option,,, manage plugins & searched for
updates on an ActiveX control and ended up crashing ie each time I tried to
view a cam... so I had to delete the updated aX in order to get the cam to
send me a new one... they both had same filename yet were different files...
think it was webcam.OCX
