WebBrowser Navigate Path

Hi all, I got this VB code bleow which work fine but the only problem
i am getting is that i cant get the image in webbrowser. Please can
any friend can help

Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As
System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load

Me.WebBrowser1.Navigate("about:<html><marquee scrolldelay=130>
Hello World <body leftmargin='0' rightmargin='0' topmargin='5'
bottommargin='0'><img src =" & Application.StartupPath & "\Smile.JPG'
height=20 width=20></img></body></marquee></html>")

You're missing the opening quote on the src attribute.

<img src ='" & Application.StartupPath & "\Smile.JPG' height=20 width=20>

Also, there's no closing tag required for <img>
