web text size

how do you make web text larger? i can take care of
desktop etc... but the text on web pages is too small.
i.e. this text is too small for me.
 
Hi

In Internet Explorer go to View>Text Size or if you have a scroll mouse - hold down the Ctrl key and scroll towards.
