I need help on the following:

I cannot open web links that are sent in emails to me. When I try to open,
It takes me to the "Look in my document" page.

Can someone help me on this. In the past I was able to open the link, now I
can't

Is the window named Locate Link Browser? Then point it to IEXPLORE.EXE and
press Open
