Web sites don't display pics. Error message: Object expected

When I go to certain web sites I receive the error
message "An error has occured in the script on this page.
As a result it may not display or function properly.
Error: Object expected Line: Url:. The web pages have
empty boxes with red X's in the corner instead of
displaying pictures. I have tried everything please let me
know what else I can do.
