web site wont allow me too log in

found a web site for hvac jobs but every time i try to set up a name and
password it starts me all over again. i have done every thing they have told
me to fix the problem to no avail, i have changed the MS VM settings and the
security settings. the site is www.hvacagent.com. they say it is a problem
with my internet provider, i think the problem might be between the keyboard
and the chair. can anybody help me? please?

if you are using internet explorer it might be a problem, try downloading
firefox its you can have both on your desktop. Firefox normally solves this
problem
